What the engagement put in place
- Business requirements (BRDs) documented and signed off; platform build and delivery requirements captured.
- Provided input into High Level Design and gained approval from the Technical Design Authority (TDA).
- Produced a catalogue of data points, data quality issues and solutions for remediation, and a data dictionary.
- Supported third-party vendor and service-provider selection and the finalisation of work contracts.
- Produced a detailed delivery plan with the vendor, covering workstreams and a schedule of releases and delivery.

- Planned, scheduled and executed workshops with business area stakeholders.
- Analysed the existing as-is process and BDX system and existing reports; produced as-is and to-be process flows.
- Elicited requirements as epics, features and user stories for input into the DevOps board.
- Engaged with internal business and technical SMEs, product owners and product managers.
